Responsible in engaging distribution channels by developing, implementing, supporting, and improving marketing & activation plan for life, health, and wellness insurance schemes and products. For channels engagement, provide product launch, post-launch and on-going product marketing & activation support. Working with the respective Product & Proposition Team to capture on-ground feedback, conduct focus groups discussions, develop product marketing contents and sales tools. To work closely with the Agency Training Team to provide additional product briefing and support product training. To work with the Proposition teams as well as Activation team in Product Solutions Agile Teams to closely monitor product performance, strategize and launch activation programs and activities.
