Company specialized in the design, industrialization and manufacture of solutions for mechanical, electrical and electronic engineering.With proven capacity for innovation makes it a key partner for demanding projects where precision is not an option.Helping to make machines more precise and advanced.JOB DESCRIPTION Customer QA Technician is act as front-line responsible at customer site when there is issue.This task will require candidates to travel across Singapore and PTP, Johor with own transport (claimable).JOB SCOPE To assist QA HOD, in ensuring smooth operation in QA department Main contact window with customer quality team, update customers in timely manner regarding status of quality issues or any requests by customer Identify and address quality-related problems that arise during production processes, and recommend corrective actions to improve quality standards Ability to perform product/process audits throughout internal plant.Develop Inspection Plan and monitoring format for QA measurement Prepare FAI Report Close monitor on calibration expiry date for in-house and external calibration based on master list and keep the calibration certificate Any other job responsibilities assigned by the supervisor as and when required REQUIEREMENTS Diploma in Engineering or any related filed Preferable with 2 or 3 years of working experience in QA department Able to perform trouble shooting at customer site Must possess own transport A team player, proactive, high initiative and able to work in minimum supervise Possess good communication and problem solving skill in customer site Able to read technical drawing and have knowledge in GD&T.
