CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER CUM CLINIC ASSISTANTWe are seeking a creative, energetic and enthusiastic Customer Relation Officer Cum Clinic Assistant to join our team.

As a Customer Relation Officer Cum Clinic Assistant, you will develop engaging content that resonates with our target audience and enhances our brand's online presence aside from assisting doctors in the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Social Media Management
Video Production
Plan and carry out Clinic Assistant duties & assist Doctors during medical procedures.
Organize and manage clinic day-to-day works.
Ensure patient safety and execute appropriate action to ensure a safe environment.
Assist in stock control and prepare stock report.
Perform other tasks as and when requested.
Qualification:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused approach.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in using computers and relevant clinic management software.
Flexibility and a team-oriented mindset, willing to support the clinic's operations wherever needed.
Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
and content management systems.
Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
A passion for storytelling and digital media.
