Conduct Service Reminder to customers through SMS and calls to ensure consistent service intakes of the dealership.
Coordinate and record customer's appointment bookings and plot capacity planning to ensure a smooth flow of operations in the dealership.
Continuously strive to develop and maintain good rapport with customers and work towards achieving high customer satisfaction.
Liaise and communicate with dealer internal staff/management to ensure prompt and effective reply of Dealer Service Level Agreement (DSLA) through the CRM System.
Ensure compliance with customer data utilization by dealer management and Honda Malaysia.
Ensure customer database is updated in a timely manner and protected at all times through constant monitoring.
Handle customer concerns, analyze root causes, take improvement activities, and ensure all customer feedback is promptly reported to dealer management.
Coordinate, conduct invitations, and record customer appointments for Product Updates (PUD).
Coordinate activities with Sales.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma with 1 year experience in Customer Service;
Excellent Telephony, Communication, and Interpersonal skills.
Customer Service Oriented and believes that "customers come first."
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Independent, high commitment, self-motivated, and good problem-solving skills.
Able to communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Melayu, and local dialects (written and spoken).
Working hours: Mon – Sat (8:15am to 5:15pm)
