Job OverviewProactively communicates with customers and prospectives
Provides timely updates on programmes to our customers
Responds to new and existing customer enquiries efficiently and professionally

Mandarin proficiency is a plus
ResponsibilitiesDelivers a unique customer experience which aligns with the company's values
Provides consultation to parents and students on courses via phone, Whatsapp, messages, email, social media, and face-to-face
Acquires and maintains excellent knowledge of our services and values
Strategically develops and implements strategies to grow the company's numbers and improve services
Maintains and updates databases in a timely and accurate manner
Recommends and implements improvements to existing processes and systems
Provides regular reports to the company's leadership team
Plans and coordinates events, which may include holiday programmes, promotional events, and internal events
Participates in regular professional development training and skills programmes as required
Approaches new opportunities with a hard-working, flexible, can-do approach
Dresses in a modest and professional manner
Maintains standards of conduct reflective of Dynamic Language Centre
Works 5 days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays
Completes any lawful instructions given and/or work assigned by any Principal, Director, or Managerial Staff of DLC, which may or may not be related to the position
RequirementsExperience: 2 years of experience in the field of customer service
Must have full working rights for Malaysia or a person with permission to work in Malaysia#J-18808-Ljbffr
