Customer Service Assistant

Job description :
i. Answer incoming telephone calls utilizing proper telephone etiquette, screening calls, determines purpose of calls, and forward calls appropriate personnel or department.
ii. Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate message when required
iii. Greet, assist and/or direct students, visitors and the general public
iv. Distribute hand-out information, brochure, and giveaways
v. Respond to public inquiries
vi. Monitor the length of the time clients or guests are waiting and appropriately handle situations where there is an extended wait.
vii. Perform registration procedures for Central Kitchen visitors
viii. Welcome, client, guest, supplier and etc. to the practice and provide for their comfort. This includes greeting client, offering coffee & tea, showing them to the waiting room, etc.
ix. Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system
x. Maintain the general filing system and data entry
xi. Assist in the planning and preparation of department meetings
xii. Maintain an adequate inventory of Stationary and groceries
xiii. Perform clerical duties and basic record bookkeeping
xiv. Assist in preparing forms (such as feedback form, application form, vehicle form etc)
xv. Assist the Head of Department and other staff as requested
xvi. Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
Requirements : 
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Certificate in any related field.
- At least 1 - 2 experience is required for this position
- Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
