Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and offering information.Interact with customers in person, over the phone, and via email, handling orders promptly and professionally.Promote and sell parts and accessories, providing accurate price quotes and estimates.Process sales transactions and orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Collaborate with the Workshop Supervisor and team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies in the parts department.
