Nezda Technologies Inc. is currently hiring for Customer Service Associate.Location: UOA Business Park, Glenmarie, Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.Job Description:
End to end airline operation, handling customer care related issues including:ReservationsBulk bookingsNotificationRe-bookingCredit card verificationQueues ManagementEmail management for all corporate and travel agent queriesTo be able to handle customer queries with good customer service skills and travel-related services, keeping in mind various SLAs like quality, AHT, sales conversion, and efficient customer service.
You will be expected to deal with customers and meet their requirements.Work Environment:24/7Language:Should be fluent in spoken English and Mandarin.Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in the Airlines or Travel industry.Personal Style Enablers:Good standard of both spoken and written English and MandarinTeam player with a positive attitudeAdaptable to changeConfidence and ability to sell a given productExtrovert with a customer service mindsetWorking Hours:
24 x 7 shift (Rotational)Shift Break:
9 hour shift with 1.5 hours break.Working Days:
