**Key Responsibilities:**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and personable manner.
- Provide detailed product information, resolve complaints, and assist customers with their orders efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Nestlé products, services, and policies to effectively educate customers and answer their questions.
- Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and resourceful manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions or product recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the company database.
- Monitor and follow up on unresolved issues, ensuring that they are addressed in a timely manner.
- Contribute to team performance by achieving individual and team KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) through excellent service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance personal and professional development.
- Suggest process improvements based on feedback and observations to enhance the overall customer service experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market changes to provide informed assistance to customers.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service, ideally in a remote or work-from-home environment.
- Proven experience managing customer relationships and providing solutions in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating reliability and resourcefulness in all customer interactions.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
