Position: Customer Service Consultant Salary Package: RM1,800 - RM2,300 Working Location: Puchong Company Background: Aesthetic Clinic Working Days: 6 days/week (off on weekday, overtime pay is provided) Working Hours: 10am to 7pm Job Descriptions: - Good customer service experience in the beauty industry - beauty salon / clinic - Achieve monthly target set by the company - personal target - Answer incoming call and reply message - Call and schedule appointments - Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner - Provide full support on matters related to sales operation - To carry out skin/ hair analysis, consultation and excellent services towards customer - Handle customer enquiry and to provide information and assistance - Daily routine to check the cleanliness of premises outdoor and indoor - Responsible for the daily cash handling Job Requirements: - Possess minimum SPM - At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in hair salon or related field is required for this position - Familiar with beauty salon operations - Good communication skill - Knowledge of Computer Microsoft office (Word, Excel)
