As a Customer Service professional, you will politely and proficiently attend to service requests and sales interactions with walk-in customers at the shop.
Your responsibilities include:
Handling enquiries on services provided, including Postpaid, Prepaid, Broadband, and Account Status.
Managing customer information, monetary transactions, handsets, and ensuring proper control, reconciliation, and timely updates in the system.
Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of new and existing customers.
