Customer Service Coordinator

Job responsibilities: Handle complaint calls, emails and WhatsApp chats from customers on service issue.Service appointment arrangement with technician & customers.Jobsheet allocation & follow up of job status.Service cases data entry, update system filing of Jobsheet.Other related admin task required.Monitoring of service job status & resolving pending service case.Update daily job status in system.Update daily Technician KPI report.Excellent communication skills and is polite and friendly at all times.Job specifications: Minimum SPM and above.Able to converse & read English & Malay language.Microsoft words & Excel.(For data entry only).Minimum 2 years working experience


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
