Customer Service Coordinator

Providing the best logistics solution to the customers based on the shipment orders.
Monitoring & planning shipment uplifts to ensure delivery KPI is achieved as promised to client.
Ensure to meet customer requirements/deadlines.
Attend to customer queries and dispute emails in a timely manner.
Update shipment status to clients on a daily basis.
Must be able to assist with any ad hoc duties assigned by superior.
Job Requirement
Preferablywith a minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field.
Excellent knowledge of Freight Forwarding (Air Import/Air Export) and regulatory requirements.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong multi-tasking skills, able to work independently with minimal supervision and with a sense of urgency.
Proficient in handling documents related to AIR shipments.
Must be self-motivated; possess strong initiative; good analytical and interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude.
