Customer Service Coordinator (Selangor)

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as aCustomer Service Coordinator .
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, assisting with quotations, call management, and supporting daily tasks of the Customer Service team.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred, as you will interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries and distributing them to the respective Customer Service or Sales Engineers.
Generate quotations based on customer requirements.
Assist customers with self-collection of products from the store.
Manage call answering and routing.
Support Customer Service team with daily routine tasks.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).
Requirements:
Certificate / Diploma / Degree in any fields are welcome to apply.
Fluency in bothEnglish and Mandarinis preferred, as this role involves communication with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Knowledge of the SAP system will be an advantage.
However, training will be provided if you do not have prior experience.
Be punctual.
Mature, motivated, takes initiative and willingness to learn.
Able to do work as requested by respective supervisor.
Must be honest, a team player, hardworking with a positive attitude and willing to share responsibilities.
