About the roleThis is a full-time customer service and administrative role at Fames Code Sdn Bhd, located in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting the company's administrative functions.
We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.What you'll be doing
Handling customer inquiries and addressing their concerns in a professional and efficient manner
Providing administrative support, including filing, data entry, and general office duties
Assisting with the coordination of meetings and events
Maintaining and updating customer records and databases
Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work well in a team and independently
