Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service cum Warehouse Assistant to support our team. This dual-role position is ideal for individuals with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and efficient warehouse operations. You will handle customer inquiries, assist with order fulfillment, and ensure smooth operations within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with order tracking.Process customer orders, handle returns or exchanges, and ensure timely communication with customers regarding their requests.Maintain a positive and professional attitude to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term customer relationships.Warehouse Operations (Additional)
Assist with daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inspecting, organizing, and storing incoming goods and inventory.Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy in product selection, packaging, and labeling.Conduct routine inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and report discrepancies.Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe, adhering to health and safety guidelines.Qualifications:
Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or logistics is a plus.Prior experience in customer service or warehouse operations is preferred but not required.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with warehouse management software is advantageous.Key Competencies:
