Job Responsibilities:Deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers.
Provide background support to our customers.
Work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you each and every day.
Minimum Requirements:Excellent verbal and written Mandarin and English communication skills; candidates will complete a language test to assess fluency.
Ability to communicate in written professional English.
Experience in live chat and email reply is fundamental.
The ability to navigate in several computer platforms simultaneously.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
Experience in customer service and/or call center.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Mobile Gaming: 1 year (Required).
Live chat: 1 year (Required).
Customer service: 1 year (Required).
