Responsibilities:
Handle daily operations for shipment including documentation.To correspondence with shipper / consignee & agent for new shipmentMonitor closely the progress of work orders from place booking to release booking and keep the customers informed regularly.Communicate with the shipper for sailing schedule, booking confirmation and other related documents.Communicate with the forwarding agent for container arrangement and custom documents.Attentive to the details of booking and make sure all requests are responded timely for meet the requirements of customers.Prepare all necessary shipping documents such as bill of lading (BL), shipping instruction (SI) and submit before closing without any delay.Lead and maintains good customer service relationship by providing high quality of customer service level, meeting customers' request and standards as well as identifying ways to exceed their expectations.Ensure proper planning and execution of the daily operation activities in compliance with the company policies & SOPs.Monitor shipment movement from origin to destination, managing day-to-day issues with a strong sense of responsibility and effective problem-solving skills.Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time. Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field (preferably in Logistic/Supply Chain Management).
• At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
• Possess extensive experience and technical expertise in managing Export/Import shipments.
• Excellence communication skills in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proven ability in a professional environment to have attention to detail and information with clarity and?accuracy.
• A disciplined approach to work, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive attitude.
