Customer Service Executive

Job Details:Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all aspects of the relationship including receipt of customer orders as well as prompt resolution of any issues may arise throughout the order to case cycle.
Utilize SAP order management system to process customer orders and to monitor compliance of all assigned accounts. Ensure accuracy on all orders so that orders flow efficiently and effectively.
Utilize available resources to identify cost effective supply chain efficiencies to best serve the needs of Tyson Foods and the customer.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution.
Liaison with internal departments in dealing with sales order on time delivery to customer.
Respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
To keep and monitor sales records for weekly/monthly analyzing purpose.
To build rapport with internal and external parties.
Adhere with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), compliance policies established by the company.
To carry out other ad hoc duties when assigned.Qualification / ExperiencePreferably with customer service / key account management background.
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience
Diploma and above
