Job ResponsibilityHandle phone-in enquiries of members in respect to product/e-wallet/promo
Advise on latest promotions and mechanics.
Manage feedback/complaints
Liaise with back-end support to solve members' issues/queries/concerns
Provide accurate and efficient processing of case escalation or support work related to the clients' processes & approach
Job RequirementsExcellent communication verbal & written in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Diploma / Degree in any field
Experience working in a customer service environment would be an advantage
Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
Able to commit to shift hours (rotational shift working environment); earliest shift starts at 7am, last shift ends at 10.00pm
