Job Responsibilities:
Day-to-day administration of the system platform, including user management, access control, and system performance monitoring.
Provided first-level support, troubleshooted system issues, and resolved user problems promptly and efficiently.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to end-users on system functionality, including content creation, publishing, and retrieval.
Assist users in navigating the system and utilizing its features effectively.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to user access, content display, and system performance.
Content Management:
Assist in the development and implementation of content management strategies and workflows.
Ensure the quality and consistency of content within the system.
May be involved in content migration and data integration from other systems.
System Enhancement:
Conduct system training for users.
Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing for new releases and updates.
Prepare and maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical manuals.
Collaborate with IT teams, business analysts, and end-users to ensure smooth system operation and user satisfaction.
Participate in project meetings and contribute to system development initiatives.
