Your Role:
As aCustomer Service Executive , you'll:
Develop production plans and manage supply chain operations in our ERP system.
Coordinate between production, sales, and procurement teams.
Track production schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
Prepare reports and monitor supply chain performance.
Manage import/export freight forwarding tasks.
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency inERP systemsanddata analysis .
Strongcommunicationandcoordination skills .
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Fluent inChineseand able to commute by car.
