Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speakers)

**LOCATION**:- Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya (accessible by LRT Ara Damansara Station )- FREE shuttle service transport from LRT station to Office based on selected schedule**JOB SCOPE**:- Answer a high volume of inquiries and meet designated service level thresholds determined by the Company.- Provide information on our products and service; demonstrate our commitment to Customer Service.- Maintain a high level of confidentiality in regard to customer billing and credit card information.- Diffuse difficult customer situations.- Must be able to organize and prioritize workload**REQUIREMENTS**:- Customer Service and online chat- Averagely 80% voice, chat 15%, and outbound 5%- Must be **fluent in English language and Mandarin including Spelling and Grammar.**:- **Able to speak in Mandarin.**:- **Basic math skills.**:- **Minimum SPM.**- **Salary**: Up to RM 3,950 per month**OFFICE HOURS**:- **Rotational shift, 24/7 ( 5 working days, 2 off days)****Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Rotational shiftApplication Question(s):- How much is your expected salary?**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin/ English (preferred)
