Job Scope- Respond to all requests and inquiries of our Products and merchants by Walk in, phone or through any Online or Website- Participate in solving the difficulties that might face our clients.- Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing / invoice queries etc.Additional Requirements- Excellent Communication skills to interact with customers and demonstrate good listening skills- Good computer skill is required with good typing skill- Applicants have to be Smart, energetic, and active**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
