Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and feedback across social media platforms professionally and promptly.Handle telemarketing calls to engage potential clients and answer their queries about our services.Assist in appointment bookings and follow-up calls for patients.Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth communication between patients and the clinic team.Maintain an organized record of customer interactions, following up on leads and feedback.Requirements: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably with a focus on social media and telemarketing.Prior experience working in a clinic or healthcare environment is an added advantage.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of social media platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
