Communicate with customers and manage their orders
- Produce clear and concise communication, attending to customer enquiries with patience, verifying understanding to meet customer needs.
- Efficiently manage customers' order transactions.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer service and identify opportunities to enhance the company brand experience.2.
Resolve customer issues and complaints
- Resolve customer concerns with a solution-oriented and supportive approach.
- Professionally handle customer complaints and ensure timely and satisfactory solutions.
- Communicate confidently and efficiently to establish rapport and build trust with customers.3.
Promote the Company's Products, Offers and Services
- Introduce the company's products, services, and promotions to potential customers.
- Manage client consultations by providing recommendations, addressing questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist customers who are unfamiliar with the registration process.4.
Generate Sales Reports
- Generate daily sales reports to track performance, ensure accurate record-keeping, and support decision-making for future strategies.
- Analyse daily sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
