Attend to inbound calls and prompt correspondence via email or online chat.
Requirements:
SPM, Diploma, and/or Degree.
Write X assessment score should be C1 (candidate should have excellent communication skills both in speaking and writing).
Min 1-2 years of working experience.
Should have experience in handling calls, emails, and/or chats.
Can work on a shifting schedule.
