Customer Service Manager

Details of the offer

- Leading the team to provide the service subject to but not limited to below
Provide customer service, answer questions and handle complaints from customers.
Check booking, communicate with agents and answer customers about booking.
Collect SI and make BL, send payment request to accounting department.
Proposing terms related to suppliers.
Report and handle unusual cases in the process of working with customers for direct management.
Review orders before and after delivery to ensure full orders, correct fees and satisfied customers.
Process payment proposals for delivered orders.
Track incoming and outgoing goods according to assigned work.
Enter data (AP & AR) to process in the system.
Prepare reports and other documents related to assigned work.
Complete other tasks assigned by direct managers.
Make report to HQ or manager if needed.
Build SOP process for customers and LSP.
Handle the import/export process of both air & sea - Declare AMS/ISF/ACI and E-MNF, Pre-alert (Shipping Advice), ensure correct and complete documents, minimize loss.
REQUEST:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration; Foreign Trade/Logistics preferred.
- At least 3~5 years experience working as Team leader.
- At least 2~3 years experience in LOGISTICS FORWARDER and better with background of TP TRADE or SHIPPING LINE.
- Having experience in both nominated & freehand shipments are preferred.
- Being careful, responsible, dynamic, enthusiastic & hard working.
- Strong leadership and willing to develop the team ability.
- Good communication skills (Negotiation & Convincing Skills).
- Good command of English (both verbal & written) and Mandarin (both verbal & read).
- Team Work (Collaboration; Conflict Resolution; Challenge and Support).
