Job Description:
Sunway Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team on a fulltime basis in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This position offers the opportunity to work from home and is suited for an individual with at least 7 years of customer service management experience at a mid-to-senior level.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the customer service team and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions- Monitor customer service metrics and report on performance- Train and mentor customer service representatives- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in customer service management- Confident and motivated personality traits- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong project management and strategic planning abilities- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively
