**Job Description:**

S P Setia Berhad, one of Malaysia's leading property developers, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang. **Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service Officer, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. **Customer Assistance:**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs, providing accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring all communication is courteous and professional.

2. **Issue Resolution:**
- Effectively handle customer complaints and concerns, striving for quick resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Document and track customer issues through our CRM system, ensuring follow-up when necessary.

3. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issues to provide insights for service improvement.
- Assist in preparing reports on customer service metrics and trends as required by management.

4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure a coherent customer experience and timely resolution of inquiries.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of best practices for customer service.

5. **Product Knowledge:**
- Stay informed about the company's housing projects, promotions, policies, and procedures to provide customers with comprehensive information.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance product knowledge and improve service delivery.

6. **Administrative Support:**
- Assist with administrative tasks related to customer service, including filing, data input, and appointment scheduling.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace and customer waiting area.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following attributes and skills:

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled in or completed a related course is a plus).
- **Experience:** No prior experience necessary; however, any customer service or retail experience will be considered an advantage.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about helping others and providing top-tier service.
- Hardworking with a strong commitment to achieving goals.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and communications.
- Strong cooperation skills, fostering teamwork and collaboration within the office environment.

- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.

- **Availability:** Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
