Customer Service Officers (Beauty Salon)

Details of the offer

-Welcoming customers and visitors professionally with excellent manner at all times.


-Responsible in telemarketing to introduce the company products, promotions package to customers.


-Manage the enquiries through phone calls, whatsapps, emails or other channels promptly and professionally.


-Handle and liase with customers request and appointment arrangement.


-Consistently ensure a high level of customers support experience and build customers loyalty.


-Ensure customers safety and comfort with a smooth flow of customers care.


-Assist customers with completing necessary forms and documentation.


-Responsible for proper documentation including scanning, filing, and mailing.


-Responsible for payment collection and receipt issuance.


-Communicate effectively with the team and/or other departments if needed to encourage a positive working environment.


-Perform other duties as required and assigned by superior/management.


-Multiple working location. (Klang Valley, Kuching, Johor Bahru and Penang)

; Requirements:-


-SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree with at least 1 year of experience in any call center is added advantage.


-Proficient in basic languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin  


-Basic Competency of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).


-Experience in beauty salon / aesthetic medical industry will be an added advantage.


-Must be highly motivated, initiative and willing to learn.


-Required to work on weekends and public holidays.


-Able to work on retail working hours.


-Malaysian only.

(Attractive salary package : Basic + Commissions)
