To attend/answer inbound calls from customers, identify their concern on products and services and assist them to solve the problems by providing the right solution.To handle all type of customers from various channel interactions (Voice & Email).Handle and follow up all inquiries that comes directly to contact center from end customer or transferred by HQ, with appropriate liaising between the customers.To gather from the customer all the necessary information to fulfill their requirement and enter accurately into the appropriate system.To answer queries on the product where the required information is easily accessible in the system and to escalate any more complex enquiries or requests to the relevant teams.To act as the first line of contact for customer complaints and issues, handling as many as possible with first call resolution or escalating when appropriate.
