Customer Service Representative (Chinese Speaker)Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Chinese.
Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding our products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally.
Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Fluent in Chinese and basic English (reading and speaking).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic computer skills.
Rotational shift is required.
