SUMMARY:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting clients through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and chat to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



-Effectively communicate essential information to customers.


-Resolve customer concerns and issues by listening attentively, showing empathy, professionalism, and exemplary customer service skills.


-Interact with customers via phone, live chat, and email to address inquiries and problems.


-Deliver superior support through all communication avenues.


-Analyze customer requirements, provide research-based solutions, and clarify any uncertainties.


-Aim for immediate resolution and collaborate with partners and departments to close cases adhering to service standards.


-Offer feedback on tools, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflows and improve customer experience.


-Provide excellent services to ensure high customer satisfaction using proper protocols.


-Build lasting relationships and exceed customer expectations.


-Handle document translations and resolve complaints by offering suitable solutions within deadlines.


-Support the team and management with various tasks as needed.

; Requirements:- - Proficient in Chinese (Mandarin) with strong English communication skills.
- Minimum Diploma qualification, preferably in Finance or Economics field.
