Responsibilities:Be highly attentive to respond to customer inquiries, issues, and concerns to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Maintain friendly and understanding conversations with customers to build rapport and improve customer satisfaction.
Have a customer-centric mindset to place the customer's needs and satisfaction at the forefront of every interaction.
Collaborate with related departments like e-commerce and the product team to improve the customer experience.
Strive for win-win solutions that not only resolve customer issues effectively but also align with the company's goals and values.
Constantly look out for and identify opportunities for enhancing the structure and improving the performance of the customer services team.Minimum Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Communication, Public Relations, or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
Demonstrates a high degree of communication skills.
Preferred with related industry experience.
