Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at MOB, your duty will be to fulfill inquiries across our clients' various social media platforms, provide accurate information on products and services, monitor and escalate issues, and ensure all customer interactions align with our clients' company's service standards.You will be assisting in:
Responding to all inquiries across various systems and social media platforms in accordance with the clients' company's standard of customer service and relationship management.
Monitoring social media and online sentiment, scanning for issues and escalating them to the superior immediately when necessary.
Providing direct advice and feedback to customers, delivering accurate information regarding the wide range of products and related services.
Escalating cases or feedback to relevant stakeholders to ensure that all service requests and inquiries are resolved and completed without fail.
Performing other duties related to the department's operations as directed by the superior when required.

Job RequirementsIF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBE YOU, TALK TO US!
Able to speak and write inEnglish, Malay and Mandarinfluently (additional languages are a strong plus!)
Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems without supervision.
The ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by dealing with member/client enquiries in an effective and timely manner is essential for this role.
Strong interpersonal skills with good verbal and written communication to internal and external clients.
A curious mind and willing to learn attitude!
