Customer Service Representative - (January Intake)

Job ResponsibilityHandling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other issues related to the company's products.
To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least a SPM.
STPM/Diploma/Degree Holder are welcome to apply.
Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call centre are also encouraged to apply - Full Training Provided.
Applicant must be willing to work on rotational shifts.
Each shift consists of 9.5 working hours and includes 1 hour for lunch and an additional 30 minutes for a short break.
