Operational Excellence Customer Service Assistant is responsible for attending to inquiries/feedback/requests/complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner.Communication with shoppersand tenants.Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at high standard of cleanlinessConducting internal daily floor checks including tenantopening and closinghour.Attending to emergencies and responding according to the centerStandard Operating ProcedureConcierge desk administration dutiesWork closely with other departments to ensure smoothdaily operations of the mallAssist in mall marketing eventsand campaigns such as handlinggift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms etc.Assist in the upkeeping of the mallTo maintain a high level ofstaff service standards
