- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting issues and solutions provided.
- Prepare and present reports on customer service activities and performance metrics to senior management.

- **Collaboration:**
- Work collaboratively with team members to address customer needs and improve overall service quality.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

- **Continuous Improvement:**
- Contribute ideas for service improvement and share best practices with colleagues.

### **Requirements:**

- **Education:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or communication is a plus.

- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role or related field.

- **Skill Set:**
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Driven, self-motivated, and independent worker who can take initiative and work autonomously.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a positive attitude toward serving customers.

- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
