Job Description:
Responsible for daily indoor sales activities and to achieve sales target set by company.
Manage day to day showroom operation.
Handle customer inquiries pertaining to quotation and services.
Update daily cash sales report.
Maintain quality customer service and customer satisfaction.
Ensure showroom is always presentable and clean.
Ability to operate POS systems and related devices.
Assist with customer service.
Provide feedback to management.
Restock the displays.
Keep track of stock and placing orders.
Possess good communication skills with a pleasant personality, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.
Requirements:
Possess SPM / STPM or Diploma in Office Administration/ Business.
1 - 3 years of working experience in Sales/Marketing, Retail Sales, Customer Service.
