Customer Service - Shipping & Logistics (Assistant Manager/Executive)

Responsibilities:Maintain booking records in system and liner's system.
Liaise with local shippers, oversea customers & agents on rate enquiry, booking process and documentation supports.
Liaise with other departments to complete the shipment jobs within stipulated times.
Able to handle full sets of export/import operations, documents (including AMS/VGM submission, invoicing) and ex-work term arrangement.
Oversee daily operations of the team to ensure all tasks are completed within timeframe.
Assign tasks and monitor team performance to ensure all bookings are attended.
Ensure shipments are compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Maintain strong relationships with customers/agents, ensuring satisfaction and addressing feedback proactively.
Qualification Requirements:Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
Preferably Junior executive specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply for executive role.
Assistant Manager: At least more than 5 years in sea logistics with operational management experience.
Team player with positive attitudes.
