Job Description
Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communications.
Assist project and marketing teams.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicate with customers through various channels.
Acknowledge and resolve customer issues.
Know our products inside and out to answer questions.
Communicate and coordinate with colleagues as necessary.
Manage a team of junior customer service representatives.
