Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and providing information on flight schedules and policies
- Handle customer feedback and escalate any issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service

Requirements:
- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Driven and independent personality traits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strategic planning and analysis skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
