Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and reliable Online Chat Support Manager to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of online chat support agents to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Monitor chat conversations to provide feedback and coaching to agents
- Analyze chat data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online chat support

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in managing online chat support teams
- Strong decision-making and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support software
