Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution.
3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
7. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
8. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Hardworking and independent with the ability to work remotely.
3. Strong adaptability and people management skills.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
6. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
