Job DescriptionAbout The Role:
This role provides a complete order process and customer service to all customers, ensuring that all order and delivery issues are promptly resolved to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders according to target.
Manage a number of end user customers on target.
Handle calls and enquiries daily according to the defined target service team to successfully manage customer orders, execute operational plans, and provide excellent customer service.
Resolve customer complaints.
Identify potential stock issues.
Plan deliveries.
Update master data.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent.
3-5 years of customer service experience.
Excellent working knowledge of ERP planning modules or other material planning, MRP software preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with international shipping and domestic freight distribution preferred.
A team player with leadership potential.
Ability to handle difficult customers is a must.
Languages: Local – Fluent, English – Intermediate.
