Customer Success Engineer

-Perform proactive functions and build positive customer relation to increase customer retention, loyalty, satisfaction. 


-Ensure the value of the products and services to customer get delivered and optimizing the applications.    


-Develop and conduct technical presentation and demostration to prospective clients engaged in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM/ERP/MES application.    


-Uncover in-depth requirements from consulting with customers to find out best solutions.


- Work closely with marketing team, develop technical contents and provide technical assistant.


- Provide feedback and execute improvement program on new or existing customer requirements.

-Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's Diploma in Engineering


-Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.


-Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
