Job Responsibilities: Preparation of costestimation / project budget / cash flow based on preliminary designor details designResponsible onpre-contract of tender, cost planning, budget estimates andpost-contract process including site valuation, preparation ofprogress certificates, variation orders, final account, valueengineering, final accounts, procurements, monitoring or materialsand construction costDevelops theestimates and provides support in obtaining materials andsubcontract pricing in conjunction with the project teamrequirementsAble to source forsub-contractors / suppliers and negotiate for competitivepricesReview specificationsand drawings to determine scope of work, costing structures,contractural requirements, prepare Letter of Award tosub-contractorsPreparation ofprogress claim to main contractors / clients and prepare evaluatesubcontractor's claim and paymentcertificate.Assist in monitoringof budget and costcontrolCoordination withsite team for latest updates on the work progress and assist toprepare documentation (eg. LOA, taking off, RFI, LAD, and EOT) whennecessaryTo ensure that allrelevant documents submitted are fully substantiated, accurate, andin accordance with theContractAttend site meetings,site evaluation, joint measurement whennecessaryQualifications : Candidates mustposses at least Bachelorr's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma.Professional Degress, Quantity Surveyor or equivalent orProfessionalCandidates mustposses own transportAt Least 5 yearsabove working experience in the related field isrequiredPreferably SeniorExecutive specializing in QuantitySurveyorWilling to handle andtravel for outstationprojectsAble to communicatein Mandarin will be anadvantageComputer literatewith strong spread sheetskillsIndependently andself-motivated
