Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager to join Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad's team in George Town, Penang. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service. This role will be remote, so the ideal candidate must be able to work independently and effectively communicate with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients- Provide training and support to clients to help them maximize the value of our services- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service offerings- Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements- Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and reduce churn rates

Requirements:- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the aviation industry- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Confidence and passion for delivering exceptional customer service- Ability to adapt to change and think creatively to solve problems- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field- Experience working remotely and independently- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
