Customer Success Specialist - Banking (M) - Mandarin

Role: Represent the brand, culture, and values of clients.

Requirements Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
B2 level English Language proficiency.
6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in the banking industry.
Decision-making and analytical skills.
Flexibility to changes and sense of urgency.
Good time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver set goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, follow directions, and use computer systems effectively.
